Sharing a quick post on this International Women’s Day. Its a song that I’ve sung over and over since I jumped in my car and headed home from work today. It is a song I grew fond of in my home church of St. Francis Xavier. You can’t help but be moved when you feel the lyrics. So, I pray that as I sip on my Twinings Chamomile tea and ready myself for bed, you feel the lyrics and are so moved as well. Grab that drink…. I’m coming back!!

I don’t want to seem like I’m bragging but, I’ve got it all….. joy, peace, love and most importantly faith!! Watching the interview last night with Meghan and Harry on Oprah, I’m so proud of Meghan for being a real true face of an empowered woman. I am ready to open up about some more of my journey and taking a page out of her book, I will face them all head on.
